      Disorganized workplace that doesn't value employee

      Pros

      Emerging company with fast growth that have contract with the mining and electrical industries, the main clients are well looked after (kept as a priority).

      Cons

      The company doesn't have any structure (family owned); one of the company directors doesn’t control her temper and abuses the clerical and shop floor workers. The company doesn’t consider OH&S as a priority and employ personnel on 457 visas to reduce their overhead cost (pay the minimum government award wages).

      Good place to get bad experience. Can't think of anything else. Stay away from this company

      Cons

      Very poor salary Pray on migrants for cheap labor Very unorganized Company has no culture so shady employees run their own agenda. No room for career progression. Half the employees are graduates - Company does this to reduce labor cost. Management doesn't even know what planning means - chaotic work place
