Pros

The product is great ! That's about it.

Cons

If you’re here because you noticed quite a few recent job openings, read the reviews carefully. You’re here for a reason. This isn’t about work being hard sometimes — that’s normal. This is about a workplace where any role that reports directly to the founder. The founder has little understanding of how to run a business, and the environment reflects that. You can go to lunch and return to find two colleagues fired, their desks cleared, with no explanation — until, eventually, it’s your turn. And it will be your turn. Before moving forward, ask yourself — and them — a few direct questions. Then listen carefully to the answers: What does success in this role look like at 30, 60, and 90 days? How often do people actually reach those milestones? How are decisions made, and how frequently do priorities shift week to week? Can you speak with former employees as references? How does leadership respond to disagreement or pushback? Why is this role open (again)? If the answers are vague, defensive, or dismissive, that is your answer. And if you’re still curious, by all means—proceed. Just do so with clear eyes and realistic expectations.

A Deeply Toxic and Unprofessional Environment

Pros

It is difficult to think of any pros that outweigh the significant cons. I worked with some wonderfully talented individuals, but the culture was designed to break people down.

Cons

I wish I could give a rating lower than one star. My overwhelming experience was that the business model felt more like a predatory MLM than a legitimate company.
My time here was the most professionally damaging and stressful experience of my career. The company's structure felt fundamentally flawed, prioritizing recruitment over product sales, which created a high-pressure environment where employees were set up to fail from the start. The leadership's management style was cruel and unprofessional. I witnessed the CEO routinely yell at our team first thing in the morning, with tantrums that created a culture of fear. Directors and heads employed tactics that felt designed to isolate and micromanage employees. It was my observation that if you were not in favor with leadership, you were not fired outright. Instead, you were subjected to such intense pressure and undermining that resignation felt like the only way out. The favoritism was blatant and created a vicious cycle. A small in-group received special treatment, while others were subjected to what felt like a "crab bucket" mentality, where anyone trying to succeed was pulled down. I saw multiple kind and competent coworkers break down in tears at their desks due to the constant pressure and public humiliation. I also saw people let go abruptly, often on days when management seemed to be in a particularly bad mood, with no clear performance-based reason provided. The company is profoundly unstructured and unorganized. In my role, I saw no formal strategy and things were often made up on the fly. There is no functional HR department, so there is no safe channel to report the bullying and harassment I witnessed. Because of this, there is zero opportunity for genuine career growth. Given the high turnover, the toxic atmosphere, and the fact that I am aware of multiple ongoing lawsuits from former colleagues, I would not be surprised if the company struggles to continue operating. I am sharing this review solely to warn others. Please prioritize your mental health and professional well-being. I strongly advise staying away.

Pros

When you join an allegedly famous European beauty company known only for its obsession with olives, you think you’ve landed a dream job. Instead, what you get instead is a one-way ticket into a sun-dried, olive-scented fever dream led by a man who claims olive trees talk to him (and he listens).

Cons

Fear is the company culture. You don’t really work with the CEO; you orbit him like a terrified moon hoping not to cause a solar flare. Structure doesn’t exist, only visions delivered through Thomas’ dreams. People disappear without explanation. Projects change names mid-sentence. And if you’re ever caught using logic, you’ll be told you’re “not vibrating on the frequency of the olive”. You will cry. You will doubt yourself. And you will eventually Google “can a company legally be a cult?” The office runs on a strict doctrine: • Doubt is disease. • Silence is loyalty. • Thomas is never wrong.
