Business struggling to meet sales targets

The company is built on so-called values but it is a false foundation. I would not put your trust in this company and I do not expect it to succeed. Sadly, I believe this is the beginning of the end. The CEO abruptly and unexpectedly laid off half of the workforce with no advance notice. Even those that had worked for the company for years were left in the dark. The lack of transparency that led up to this decision is astonishing. Especially for a small company that considered itself a tight-knit and close community. RIF can be a part of business but how you it approach it means everything. A mass layoff with no advance notice right before the holidays? Merry Christmas.
