      Awful place, bullying managment culture.

      Pros

      It was close to where I lived.

      Cons

      Opinions not considered by higher level managment. 'Sit down and do as your told culture'. CEO used the company and premises more for his own hobbies and interests. Dont be fooled by the 3 interview suitability tests. If you are the sort to answer only 'yes' to management, you might fit right in. CEO likes to portray a caring , philanthropic indivividual. He is just a money grabbing tyrant.

      Pros

      Good location, close to all local amenities Some talented people who deserve better!

      Cons

      Family owned and run. The family are multi millionaires and have become so by paying minimum wages and expecting lots from there staff that they pay very little. Most of the floor managers are bullies and think because they have been there a long time they can treat staff like its the 70's!

      Varied role Lots of responsibility from day one Exposure to all aspects of manufacturing

      Cons

      Business ethos is very dated. Not willing to put time into developing engineers. Crazy high turnover of staff, especially with graduate engineers. Constant roadblocks at board level when it comes to continuous improvement. Resistant to change.
