      Pros

      Company does it's best to ensure there are good schemes and systems to give a positive overall package. The people in the company want to do a great job and there's a nice mix of big company 'protection' but small business relationships.

      Cons

      We'd all love the business to be faster at everything. Sometimes it can feel like 'admin' bogs down new ideas and ways of working.
