      OLSA Resources is a great place to work

      Pros

      I was a Recruiter at Olsa Resources for a few years. The employees and people managing were nice, good to me and others working there. Everyone was professional. We all did our best to help, train each other and also making it a fun place to work too. The office environment is second to none. Their office space is first class, clean and a beautiful place to work at. I loved the orange couch. LOL. From time to time Olsa Resources had great events for all of us. They also brought in treats each week to eat. We had fun playing games to win nice prizes too. Also other fun things to do as a group.

      Reasonable location and free parking.

      Cons

      Working for this company as a recruiter was a terrible experience. Base pay is low, but I was lured with the promise of huge bonuses which in my experience could not and never materialized. Management is petty, unscrupulous and incompetent and the company culture is toxic. They're vengeful and unethical. Their attitude over a ~$30K a year salary is that it should be viewed as a privilege and I'd be unlikely to make more elsewhere. I now make 10X and feel treated with respect, not to mention the dignity one feels when working with capable people. My only regret is not having left sooner or having worked for Olsa Resources at all.
