      Pros

      Honesty, Integrity. Build quality homes. Great customer service. They had the ability to make it through the downturn and CEO, President are leading the company in the right direction.

      Cons

      I was a causality of the housing market but I believe it is a good company to work for. There is a ceiling in regards to compensation but they well.

      100% in-office with no exceptions. Con for some, but good facetime and strong culture.
