Management and supervisors are involved with staff; there are different job options while working for the company; reasonably flexible with time, and everyone is willing to pitch in

Management is really nice and willing to train. Pay is good. Opportunity to advance to photo editors and coordinators after time.

Cons

Fast pace. Not necessarily a con but if you want something slower paced this might not be for you.
