      Pros

      Made lots of contacts with employers in my area. I enjoyed helping people find gainful employment. Especially, those that fully embraced the opportunity.

      Cons

      This job was the whole lifecycle of short lived work assignments. The clients could be demanding, and the dwindling work ethic made it an almost miracle to make a good placement. The pay was discouraging, and did not feel appreciated by the owners of this franchise.
