      Local company with a small team.

      Cons

      Upper management makes this company untenable. Work morale is always rock bottom until a new group gets hired to replace the last when they got tired of it.

      It's work, but at a steep price.

      Cons

      Minimum wage for a COMPLEX job! VERY toxic environment, full of distrust. Training is sloppy.. Management talks down to you. NO benefits. NO advancement opportunities. Senior management has anger issues. Culture of thinking of their employees as disposable.

      Laid back work environment, great people, helpful, and kind.

      Low pay, no benefits, pay cap, no room for advancement, very difficult to get overtime.
