Well-paid job with excellent company benefits (annual flight back to your home country, transport card, meal tickets etc.)

Cons

They tended to hire overqualified people for simple jobs, lack of direction from the top management

Lunch vouchers, public transportation, private health care, gym are some of the benefits.

Cons

Salaries fare from as high as what you would get from working for the same organisation in a different country. Salaries might seem high to a local Spanish person, but not compared to international standards. If you are joining from a different country, be aware that the general salary level in Spain is very low.

- the feeling of contributing for the IOC or the olympic games.

Cons

- lot of competition between peers - it doesn´t exist a day without pression - indefinite contracts are rare. people work under 2 years terms contracts or they work for other servicing companies.
