Pay is good and that's the only pro of being here

Cons

Management has no policies. Seniors play cheap tactics and provide illogical reasons for justification. Worst decision of my life to join this company! Not recommended at all If you are joining this, you better don't say anything to the team lead otherwise they will report you and you will be treated as if you don't exist. Time estimation will be given to you, you have no say in that. You will grow in learning or playing cheap tactics.

Pros

You can work with co founders. They are not afraid of experimenting things. They hire only from premium institute. If you are absolutely fast in programming and doesn't care about code quality you can make yourself irreplaceable. If you like working 24*7 without fair compensation, you will be more than happy here and on the way of course you can learn 10 different things.

Cons

Poor compensation for the skills and work being exhibited, only favoritism works here. If you are nice. They will just exploit you. Doesn't care employee career interests. Poor decision making skills. Chaotic environment and ambiguous processes. Just say no to any of the task given to you. They might not fire you, but they will make sure you will quit on your own. Better than many of the startups but if you think you are best you can find better than this.
