1. "Leads" are incompetent and will always assume other members are incompetent, they're pretty blatant about it
2. Management needs training
3. Lack of trust and micromanagement (they'll always ask for updates)
4. Overworking. If you'd like to be known in the company, overwork. The CEO will keep nagging you on weekends and leads will panic for over-promising to their clients and underdelivering because they can't communicate their constraints and estimations effectively
5. Codebase is so opinionated, opinions are "encouraged" but overridden over invalid explanations, literally people here don't know how to read the first page of documentation but calls themselves experts
6. Imposters, most people will give you an impression they know what they're doing and they'll strive to give you a picture they're on to what they're doing, management rewards this behavior very well
7. Under-average pay. Your pay will not increase, at all! Or maybe, $100/year?
8. Underwhelming work environment, "success veneer" even if the company is always on the edge, CEO will make it clear with you that working on holidays and overworking makes a true "Omborian"
9. Accountant will always count for every biscuit you eat, every "company dinner" - the receipt is always slapped to your face as if you owe it to them. The most annoying person the company who everybody hates and talks crap about everyone but she'll manage you. Cause she's "management".
There's no place for you here. There are way too many companies out there looking for you, they're not perfect but this one is one you should avoid joining.
