Company culture and employees are great!

Omega is a tremendous place to work with an excellent workplace culture. It's a smaller company where everyone knows and wants the best for each other. Few jobs are perfect, but Omega is as close as I've experienced. I enjoyed going to work and the days flew by. With a smaller team, there's a lot to do, a lot of variety. You're expected to do your job, but there isn't a lot supervision looking over your shoulder. Omega hires the best and they trust you to deliver. It's not an exaggeration for me to say this was the best job I ever had. You owe it to yourself to check them out. Hopefully you can join the team!
