      Cool science, bad culture

      The science is very cool, co-workers are helpful, lots of freebies (food, swag, etc.)

      Cons

      They do not prioritize growth and development, ridiculous timelines that stress everyone out, toxic work culture, the CEO does not have a science background so he only sees the company as a profit maker
