Pros
Very nice people are working here, the office is great, it is a good place to start your career.
Cons
No developement opportunities, no trainings. Still acting like a start-up, lots of process improvements are needed and definetaly more people should be hired, the work load is very high and never stops ending. Unrealistic timelines and pushing. Salary could be higher. Max 1 home office for people who are closer to the laboratory.
