Pros

Great place to work right out of college. You will gain experience and exposure to a laid back company that is willing to show you the ropes. You don't have to clock in and out, lunch schedule is very flexible, and you leave early the day before holidays and Fridays. Taking time off is no hassle. The hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Dress code is business casual. 401k match. Work life balance is there if you choose it. Most importantly if you are interested in advertising or marketing this is a company to consider. Excellent first out of college job.

Cons

Pay is low and below market average. Benefits are very expensive and limited. Closed minded to change or upgrade of technology or processes. Corporate culture can be toxic. Overall morale is low especially from senior team. Advancement, as promised, isn't always delivered. CEO is friendly, but not evolved which could be the cause of much frustration. I would not recommend for anyone with experience.

Bad management, pay, and treatment of employees

Pros

You'll get real world experience.

Cons

Work ethic and treatment of employees is horrible. There's no HR or proper way to voice concerns within the company. This is truly a place where your work and time don't matter. As long as higher-up employees 'like' you, then you'll be able to grow. If you're not liked, prepare to be fired. They will (and have) wrongfully terminated employees.

Pros

Literally working from home, that’s it.

Cons

The owner and (most) heads of departments are terrible human beings that pay their employees bare minimum and expect long hours and days. If more money comes into the company, don’t expect to see any bonuses or raises. That’s for the owner and his lackeys. My advice, run!
