Pros

You get lots of up close and personal experience with the public. If you are shy and apply yourself, you will definitely be able to grow your communication skills and any public demonstration. You get a lot of support from those around you; be sure to align yourself with positive employees or you will not last a week.

Cons

This is a very deceptive company, both to your face as well as their initial drive. I enjoyed working here at first, but as I learned how Perry managed his teams based on financial appearances, it was obvious the company had some off practices. Perry promises large returns based on the sales, but sells infomercial items, such as warm/cold packs and hair straighteners. Those he likes best get a "fancier" grocery store to sell at while those he does not personally mesh with is placed into a "poorer" neighborhood. I personally did both and regretted wasting the small amount of time I was employed there (5 months); the more successful you were, the more money you lost. Perry would not even give you a food stipend when travelling for nearly a week, nor gas money for anything less than a 25 mile one-way trip. This is all besides the fact our pay structure changed 3 different times over an only 4-month time frame. I learned quickly that the best thing to get out of the job was the put my head down and develop my face-to-face interactions with clients and get over any shy behavior trends I was carrying around with me. Once I accomplished this and became one of the top sales teams at the time, I left the company and moved on to a much better stepping stone. I HIGHLY recommend not staying at this company longer than 6 months. IT IS A SHAM. The promises are empty and the only things you will get from it is some social skills and an fake "team leader" title, which will prepare you for very little in the real job force.

Pyramid scheme! All the job titles are different online but when you start everyone has the same job and that is to sell crappy products!
