      Not a good company to start (fresh graduate), but ok if you join as Senior Manager level

      Freedom, as job is individual. ("mind own business") No need clock-in or clock-out Vertical management: Owner-Manager-staff

      Cons

      Limited promotion and salary hike. Messy management style. Micron-size company; MNC's office-political-issue Too diversify; would sacrifice one's profits to compromise one's losses Rewards base on "relationship" instead of "hard-manship"

      Good and nice colleagues (on the working level only) Near MRT

      Cons

      HR needs some serious work, even after hiring more staffs, turnover is still highest in the company - suggesting a systematic issue with management. Managers within the company are hypocrites, friendly and welcoming till the point when you resign and automatically you become the company’s number one enemy. CEO doesn’t have a clue on people’s management, and only gossiping around with his son to know about company issues on the ground.

      1. Serious office politics and management doesn't solved this kind of politics problem. 2. Many gossiping colleagues in the office. 3. Management doesn't have well manage skill, messy job scope and don't have well structure of workload.
