Good salary, Good platform for learner to jump to next higher levels in other companies for settlement, Term Insurance of 25 lakhs, Unlimited leaves( Provided approved by managers)

10-15% salary is deducted monthly & not given if you leave the job in the middle of year. This amount will be paid only if you are working till financial year completion. 3 months notice period which is not good for getting new job at other companies. So, it is very difficult to get it relieved within 1 month as required like other companies. Do-ers are less & Managers are more.,, Micromanagement So always will be working with anxiety of jobloss or fear of being fired.
