Flexible schedule, company car, networking events to meet a lot of people

Horrible owners who are verbally abusive, expected to work 24/7 including Christmas Day to drive to properties 4 hours away, no support, constant blame, exposed to very high crime areas and properties with no security, support or back up. I literally was forced to climb through broken windows to get into properties to see if they were vacant.. a woman.. alone!!! Extremely bad properties in very high crime areas. Expectations insane with very low pay. Run their company solo with 0 support. No communication, very disorganized, constant abuse from owners. I honestly have no idea how this company hasn’t been shut down. Reviews are all negative. Tenants, owners and employees are suffering under the cuffs of omnikey. Please shut this business down.

None, you sit at a desk and get half of the work in the office thrown on you because they cant keep more than 5 people at a time

Cons

You have to sit there and deal with a boss whos so self absorbed that youll spend half a workday sitting in a meeting where they just talk about themselves the entire time or about how much they love donald trump btw they wont go over $13 an hour until you get a real-estate license
