      All your work makes a direct and large impact on the final product Explore and learn skills that broaden your technical expertise Seeing all your hard work pay off when the product is in the user's hand Each day is not the same An amazing and creative team Can expand your role Part of something that improves the health and lives of others

      Cons

      As part of a startup, there are lots to get done but few hands to get it done. You will have many roles and have a long priority/wish list.

      Pros

      No idea is a bad one. The work environment is nurturing to creativity and ingenuity. And when those idea are struggling to surface, the team first mentality make it easy to lean on others for support and assistance. Nonstop learning environment. You are asked to wear many hats, even of one that might not fit your job description. But with that comes several opportunities to learn and grow in new areas. Casual workplace. There is no competitive or judgmental nature to all coworkers. Everyone is supportive and will provides some laughs along the way.

      Cons

      Small team. If everyone is struggling to find an answer, it may take more time to solve as additional research is required.

      Fast paced, dedicated team members, great benefits, lots of opportunities to play a key role in important decisions.

      Cons

      If you don't like the idea of a fast paced environment and being able to adapt quickly, it might not be a great fit.
