      Good atmosphere between colleagues. Work life balance in Bay Area. Good benefit, HSA, 401k, paid holidays.

      Cons

      Fair salary and profit sharing. Many talented employees keep leaving, which makes me concerned about the future. Everyone is working hard, yet it seems as though nothing is really changing.
