Pros

-Great environment to learn new technology. -Forgiving of common mistakes. -Owner is extremely down to Earth and funny. -Lots of collaboration. -Friendly nerdy coworkers who genuinely love tech.

Cons

-Low pay. -Milage reimbursement is a bit hard to fill out / confusing. -Benefits are not great. -Bench work can be very tedious and high-risk if a PC comes in dying and crashes while working on it you may be responsible for it.

Pros

-Get your hands on a lot of technology -Learn the fundamentals of IT work in diverse network environments, learn the technicalities instead of "click here, click there, it works" -Get to work alongside higher-tier technicians, touch stuff that you may not at a lower level tech in other MSPs -Owner is a great person, down to Earth understanding -Great as a entry job into IT -At the end of the day you leave work at work -Bench work (depending on your love for break/fix / building PCs)

Cons

-Pay is not the best, to be expected for more of a junior position -Not many higher-tier positions to move into (a con of all smaller companies) -Bench work (depending on your love for break/fix / building PCs)

Pros

Laid back. Learn lots of new things. Decent amounts of downtime, some days. Employees all get along really well. Flexible workflow that will push you to do your best without over doing it.

Cons

Starting pay can be a little lower than other places. May be daunting at first to newer techs. At times can feel short-staffed.
