Pros
Omnifortuna offered mentorship, the opportunity to create my own business and grow as a creative professional. I worked my butt off all summer, but the rewards and the growth that I experienced throughout has been invaluable. There were times when I got home tired, and days when my results weren't where I wanted them, but the team was always willing to help out and drive my performance the next day. The team is lively, driven, and familiar in a way that makes you feel like you're working with your best friends. I wouldn't have changed it for the world.
Cons
It's not a place for everyone. It's not for the weak of heart. But if you're willing to work hard here, the opportunities and connections which can be made are endless.
