Growing international team. You have all the opportunities for immediate and direct company impact. A world of learning and growth. Surrounded by competent, understanding, mostly fun and mentoring people. Exciting plans for the future!
Cons
It is a startup, so it is not suited for everyone. You have to hustle hard-- real hard for the results. Self-accountability. It's more often than not, busy. If you're not busy, there's something up. Longer hours, but rewarding if you achieve your goals.
