Lots of potential company to grow now separated from Broadcom. Can build the company

Pros

Only a few experienced people are left, and though they're willing to help, they're just as stuck as everyone else.

Cons

The leadership team appears to believe they are fulfilling their responsibilities, while assuming others are simply staying at home and doing nothing. When employees raise legitimate customer concerns, they are often met with dismissive responses, such as being told to "suck it up" or that the customer is wrong. Many of the products are underperforming or not delivering on promised functionality, yet leadership's response is often to criticize employees and demand they "just do their job"—often while working from their own home gyms. Rather than offering support, leadership tends to resort to performance plans or suggests employees quit. Currently, very few reps are achieving more than 100% of quota. Customer churn is outpacing new client acquisition, and morale is suffering. Meanwhile, the CEO is notably absent and not visibly addressing these growing issues.

Pros

Nothing after the VMware spin-out.

Cons

Lack of leadership and product direction, coupled with an outdated management style where seasoned VMware managers disregard their teams, fosters a toxic work environment. Managers dismiss employees’ opinions, blindly following their superiors’ demands to protect their own job. Challenging status quo is strictly prohibited, and expressing feedback is discouraged. Employees who dare to voice their opinions risk being sidelined or dismissed if they don’t align with management’s preferences. Furthermore, there’s no clear career advancement path, and the company’s legacy products struggle against more innovative competitors.
