      everything is just average, not much to say

      they spent a lot of time on scrum, and not on technology, not talent enough to deliver the product, limit growth, and they only want you to focus something that is only useful to the company, it is not a place to build you career path

      Omnivex is a genuinely good place to work. The culture is positive, management is understanding, and the support across teams is strong. Vacation time is excellent—starting at 3 weeks—which shows they value work-life balance. It’s a collaborative environment where people are approachable and willing to help.

      Cons

      The company’s overall strategy can sometimes feel questionable, with too much focus on the development side while other areas are overlooked. There’s a huge opportunity for growth if leadership broadens priorities and invests more evenly across departments.
