No work life balance at all. Even they work in telecommunication domain which is highly profitable in this Corona time period, employees get no increments. However, employees do double the work they should do in a day(16 hours high or less). Sometimes we had to work on weekends. Some people have to cancel their leaves and do company work due to Bad project management. Completely selfish. They destroy passionate employees' career harshly. If you succeeded to move on from this company, they will call the new company and destroy his life in there as well. Bad HR department. Never think from the employee's perspective.

1. No work-life balance at all with the impossible deadlines promised by tech leads & top management. 2. Below the average salaries for software engineers for the heavy work load 3. Poor & old technological stack like ExtJS , Yii , Drupal & Etc 4. Very discriminative in employee salaries while a hardworking engineer earns 120 a lesser working QA earns 220 & same level employees earning salaries within a wide range (SE- 120, SSE - 150, ATL - 250, QA - 220 etc) 5. Employee Politics & Favarations - Giving promotions & salary increments only to some portion. Some lesser skilled employees got double promotions & higher salary increments while others having lesser salaries & increments. 6. Nowadays according to the management they have very low cash flows & they are not kind enough to do any welfare for existing employees. 7. Many hard+samrt workers have left the company due to the bad management but still, they are trying to fill those skilled ones with interns + new entries as they can pay a lesser amount of salaries to those employees 8. Very poor HR practises, management practises, software engineering best practises & quality assurance practises 9. Having no empathy towards employees but giving all priority to clients & promising infeasible solutions 10. Lesser skilled architects & managers think only about monetory value
