1. No work-life balance at all with the impossible deadlines promised by tech leads & top management.
2. Below the average salaries for software engineers for the heavy work load
3. Poor & old technological stack like ExtJS , Yii , Drupal & Etc
4. Very discriminative in employee salaries while a hardworking engineer earns 120 a lesser working QA earns 220 & same level employees earning salaries within a wide range (SE- 120, SSE - 150, ATL - 250, QA - 220 etc)
5. Employee Politics & Favarations - Giving promotions & salary increments only to some portion. Some lesser skilled employees got double promotions & higher salary increments while others having lesser salaries & increments.
6. Nowadays according to the management they have very low cash flows & they are not kind enough to do any welfare for existing employees.
7. Many hard+samrt workers have left the company due to the bad management but still, they are trying to fill those skilled ones with interns + new entries as they can pay a lesser amount of salaries to those employees
8. Very poor HR practises, management practises, software engineering best practises & quality assurance practises
9. Having no empathy towards employees but giving all priority to clients & promising infeasible solutions
10. Lesser skilled architects & managers think only about monetory value
