interesting business and products, Anonymous - no one know the business

low quality office, low bonus, IT issues and constraints (cyber attack for 3 months) poor reporting lines and management. ok if your profitable, not if your not. late night (European time) meetings

Direct manager was amazing and supportive. The customer service team are dedicated and so happy to help.

Until recently, a group of 6 lead the organisation. Their management style os antiquated, unsupportive and egotistical.

This is a satellite office to the Ohio HQ, Global HQ in Switzerland. They made the CSR Supervisor the end all be all source of info between Long Beach and Ohio. There is no open door policy. While i worked there, she wrote the narrative and led a toxic environment of gossip, distrust, and favoritism. If your boss is going to have the initials KN, run for the hills. Globalist company, DEI friendly. A LOT of SB-1 hires in sales and office management. Have fun.
