      Pros

      It is a consultant company so if anyone need a temporary house to work can join.

      Cons

      Nothing is good in this company. Transperancy is the word this employee still needs to Google. They don't have real insurance company tie up, if you apply for any insurance reimbursement they will give you half of the money , then when you will fight for the right they will give another half and all from their pocket as they do not have any tie up.

      Pros

      You will be placed at client location. Salary is generally on time on 5th of every month.

      Cons

      It takes people on their payrolls and send them to client's location. They can relieve you immediately if they find anyone cheaper. There isnt much support once you go the client's location. and since you are a contractor for the client, you wont receive any benefits from either side - neither ODA nor the client.
