ODG's 20 yr tenure in the market and steady growth even though economic downturns is a direct testament to the worth that is put into this company's network and relationships, clients, consultants and employees. A flexible environment and outstanding culture, employees are encouraged to work in their own style that follows the ODG's values, without being micromanaged. Not to mention our monthly happy hours are the perfect setting for employees to get together with clients and consultants in a fun, laid back environment to build our relationships- and gives everyone involved a chance to meet others on the team, and build a sense of community.
