This former employee was found to have wrongfully accessed our Payroll database after they resigned from their position. We unfortunately have been required to engage in litigation to protect our employees privacy. Litigation actions commenced well before this review was written; this employee resigned in May of 2024. The review written by the former employee is a clear attempt at retaliation.

Great work environment. Ability to work with a variety of amazing clients and project teams. Company feels like a family. Good compensation. Flexibility and work life balance. Ability to move up in the company. Owners listen to employee's thoughts and ideas with regard to the direction of the company and personal career goals. Acknowledged and rewarded for quality work.

Cons

I don't see any real cons to working at On Point. Some minor challenges due to strategic company growth.
