A place where there's a lot of talk and no action
Pros
Annual trip as part of a global conference, but this depends on your location. You don't get to travel if the conference is held where your office is based. Slightly less red tape than other established brands when it comes to trying new ways to get work done.
Cons
Adding responsibilities 2-3 grade levels beyond your actual scope to your plate under the guise of a "stretch project" and "growth", but refuse to give you the grade/title/pay that should come with it. Promotions based on politics > work that has actually been done. Salaries below the average industry level. Little to no growth opportunities. No accountability for toxic behaviour if it's coming for people in leadership roles. A lot of talk about wanting to invest in growth of the people there, but no actual action. No acknowledgement of managers having a huge part in whether someone receives growth opportunities - instead puts 100% responsibility on the employee under "own your own development" tag lines.
