      Well, there was a cell phone reimbursement. What else, hmmm. Nope, that was it.

      Cons

      Too many too list and honestly if I were to disclose any I'm sure I would get a nasty letter from the corporate attorney.

      None that I can think of. You have to be self-motivated, disciplined and work well remotely if working in a territory.

      Jobs like the ones at On Target are hard to come by. The company really values you as a person and you are not just a number. They are always available to help with any questions or needs you may have. I never thought I would find a company that I can really call home, but On Target is exactly that for me.

      None that come to mind. The company has been amazing to me
