Pros
Solid, communicative, and open team that really believes in the process and helping other people. Strong and supportive leadership team (which I feel like is hard to come by) with a fun work environment that becomes like family
Cons
Work a lot of "additional" hours (ex. staying later, working weekends) which is kind of a pro too if you have the time and love what you do
