Their computer systems are frequently down, and they do next to nothing to fix it There are little rewards for employees Pay is really bad Management is horrendous They've been late to 911 calls (like strokes, heart attacks, etc.), and put a strain on local 911 systems because their dispatchers don't know how to dispatch Their dispatchers also don't speak to one another. I've called out twice, and then the next day, very early and asked why I wasn't there Their dispatchers also need to be certified the same as 911 dispatchers, and cannot dispatch really well

Back,stabbing culture designed to promote reporting other people before they report you, dispatchers don't care about your need to use the bathroom or eat, dispatchers schedule unrealistic times for transport, supervisers are only present when disciplinary action is required.
