      Pros

      Excellent fast moving startup disrupting the cloud hosting industry Modern development stack Proper startup culture with understanding managers Access to whatever is needed to complete the job

      Cons

      Pay is average and sometimes it does require a large quantity of work input especially during crunch time for releases.

      There are some benefits, but are they worth the burnout?

      Pros

      - There were some great professionals from whom you could learn and who were nice people to work with. - The job was challenging but to some extend rewarding, with a possibility to grow and get more experience. - Some perks and delighters, such as learning budget, events, medical insurance, etc. - Sometimes it was really fun and I enjoyed a lot of time spent working with some people and dev teams.

      Cons

      - Lack of direction, strategy and vision. Sometimes to the point that it feels almost Kafkaesque — you just don't understand what's happening, neither do most of the people you work with. - Toxic environment, lots of politics, gossiping and even online stalking, which continues even after you leave. - There's a pattern of disrespect displayed by some senior male employees. - Blame-game and witchhunt is the norm. There are some people who are not willing to be accountable for their own decisions and constantly trying to put the responsibility on someone else.
