      Pros

      You receive guidance from the management team but are allowed freedom to explore different opportunities in exciting channels and are encouraged to trial campaigns. The resources and systems in place from the OnDeck Australia and US team makes it easier to accomplish your tasks as well as gives you a benchmark for results. The culture is friendly, collaborative and rewarding. With a growing team in an exciting industry, working at OnDeck Australia has been a fantastic experience.

      Cons

      The only con would be that the industry in Australia is new so you're not only promoting OnDeck Australia but you have to promote the industry as well.

      Pros

      Good location and in a modern office.

      Cons

      No sense of direction, management changed the roles and responsibilities of the position as they pleased. HR was useless in regards to workplace intimidation.

OnDeck has a zero-tolerance policy with respect to workplace harassment, and we expressly prohibit any form of team member harassment based on race, color, creed, religion, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, sex, sexual orientation, disability, military or veteran status, marital status, genetic information or status in any other group protected by applicable federal, state or local law. OnDeck also prohibits any form of retaliation against any team member for filing a bona fide complaint under this policy or for assisting in a complaint investigation in good faith. Any form of workplace is harassment that is reported to People Operations is treated seriously and not taken lightly.
