      Pros

      Easy job and low quality requiment. Pay wasn't that bad.

      Cons

      Bad communication between office to shop floor. Music is way too loud. Management doesn't know what manufacturing is.

      Pros

      I'm still thinking of Pros. It was a paycheck, but not much else.

      Cons

      No benefits, poor working conditions. No heat in shop in winter, and no air conditioning.

      No benefits or raises chinese company that only takes care of the chinese and likes to hire people with no green cards.
