Growing but struggling.

Pros

Very talented and hardworking people. Great long lasting client relationships. Decent pay and benefits.

Cons

Extremely messy and unorganized. Poor top level leadership. Toxic masculinity at the top. Very cliquey. No real HR. No clear career paths. Erratic decision making. Distracting work environment (it’s not rare that people are drinking by noon). Irresponsible handling of COVID protocols- local people are still pretty much expected to be in the office even with cases growing people are regularly coming in sick and don’t wear masks.

Pros

I've had a very positive experience working here. The team is collaborative, leadership is approachable, and there's a genuine focus on employee well-being. The work-life balance is solid.

Cons

Things can get busy at times, but it’s a good challenge and keeps the work engaging.

A Revolving Door of Misery - This Company Will Wreck You

Pros

The pay was good for me

Cons

This company is a soul-crushing, toxic disaster run by incompetent, selfish, and downright cruel leadership. Management is a disorganized, clueless mess—they have no vision, no integrity, and no regard for the employees who actually keep things running. They make reckless decisions, gut morale, and then act shocked when people leave in droves. I spent a year developing a job description for myself—they stole it, gave it to someone else, and demoted me to report to that person. And when they were done gutting my role, they laid me off without warning, explanation, or remorse. That’s the kind of place this is. Hard work, loyalty, and talent mean nothing here. This company is rampant with favoritism, massive pay disparities, and a complete lack of job security. Layoffs happen without warning, without reason, and without a shred of human decency. People who gave years of their lives to this company were tossed aside like garbage with no explanation. If you work here, you are nothing but a disposable tool—when they’re done using you, they will throw you away, too. Do yourself a favor: stay far, far away. No job is worth the damage this place will do to you.
