Pros

Only 1 year of contract, then you will be free to go to another job, accepts to pay salary to a bank outside Portugal PT50, and the tax to left the job is low.

Cons

Contract template does not protect the employee, has no benefit, logistical support is null, financial support to move is null too, moral support is null, very low salary, and don't have a career plan.
