- 5 days in office - Their idea of flexibility is to give 5 WFH days you can book for the entire year
- In response to employees asking for better flexibility, upper management called us selfish
- Sick days were reduced to 5 for the year
- Poor planning causes a lot of work to be requested with an unfeasible deadline
- Management tend to forget all of the last minute requests they've made and are then unhappy when the tasks you had to put on hold are not finished
- Certain people thrive when their work is mediocre at best. While a lot of good workers are overlooked
- Fear culture
- Redundancies since the Costar acquisition
- Confusing promotions
- Upper management like to walk around to see if people are working
- Took away a birthday leave day and replaced it with a birthday lunch. Before any of these lunches actually happened they replaced them with the cliché quarterly pizza party. None of these actually ever happened. Not a huge complaint but they basically took away a leave day for nothing
