This company's business model is centered on having all drivers serve as independent contractors. I signed a contract submitted personal information only to be told my background check hasn't come back yet (which I never consented to) and the work I've have been given is completely outside of the Amazon .com exclusive work in the contract. Instead I've been doing regular courier work for a small fraction of the pay agreed to in the contract. I'm beginning to wonder if Amazon is pulling back work from them. Very unprofessional dishonest and secretive. Stay away...

This company is beyond a joke. From their lack of professionalism to the entire staff of thieves. From management to sorters all those "missing" packages are displayed proudly in their homes. I feel like this "company" is an ongoing joke. Management doesn't care about all their departments equally. The pay is beyond a joke. This is a great job for someone who possibly is a meth addict as they are probably brain dead enough to deal with this crap. The saddest part of this job is that nearly 80% of the people who work for the company are still on some form of government assistance because working for this company alone won't sustain an individual.
