      The Blame Game

      Pros

      Nice office on the 20th floor with good outdoor space.

      Cons

      Restructuring and layoffs at least twice a year. Owners put managers in place who don't know how to lead teams/departments. It becomes a blame game when a product or service doesn't launch and creates a lot of tension between teams and upper management (especially owners). Owners know this but shrug their shoulders and downsize staff, piling on more work for those already overworked. Low employee moral, which owners try to lift with alcohol.

      Pros

      I really can't think of anything besides the people. Great team members despite the doomed outlook.

      Cons

      They pulled in consultants to rip everything apart and leave it in the same spot. Learn from others' past mistake in thinking hard work is rewarded with the bonuses they promise.

      It's a shame

      Pros

      What started as a great place to work wend downhill very quickly. The concept is great for their products but that's where things end. The benefits are good and the environment is sometimes fun.

      Cons

      Erratic behavior by management. Core products are falling apart due to a revolving door of staff. Sales and marketing strategies are horrible. The longer you're there, the worse you're treated.
