Good life/work balance, where the company truly does respect that employees have families. Good working environment and morale is high. It's a smaller company (20 people), so your work will be valued and integral to the company's success.
Cons
Not really a con, but the company is launching into some new areas and products and this is a very creative/fluid time. If you like to contribute on a high level and dive into the details of making things happen, then you'll enjoy your work.
