They present themselves as a UK-based company and operate in Northern Cyprus under the name of a shell company, MusTek Call Connect LTD (once they lost a CD from their UK customers for not paying the rent for their virtual office). Finally, the administration lacks a proper understanding of the translation process, leading them to intimidate you by claiming that you are working less than employees in other branches.
