Management and the culture they promote is highly unethical. Some examples: 1) The CIO is the "sponsor" of the Women's Employee Business Resource Group (EBRG), but openly oppresses women in the IT department. 2) Employee survey a few months back produced horrendous results regarding management communication and respect for workforce and work-life balance. Management has not addressed these results since they were revealed to the employees and it appears they don't intend to. 3) The company lost a lawsuit due to violation of ADA laws. This is public information, and can be researched online. This occurred while the company was known as Pivotal Home Solutions. 4) There is a hybrid in-office policy that is only enforced on a select few employees. Some employees are expected to be in the office 3 days a week, while others are not. Several managers demand their employees be in the office 3 days per week, while they themselves do not. HR heavily pushes the idea of DEI, while behind the scenes management violates those tenants. If you are a male yes-man, you will do just fine here (if you don't mind working 24/7, even on holidays).

Everything from the top down is utter mistreatment to the employees. Blatant disregard for employees livelihood or home life balance. If you are not willing to sell your soul for a job, you'll want to look elsewhere. Company blames the employees for their poor reviews and does not take accountability. Terrible communication, condescending mission is SUPER, leadership, bias, favoritism and unethical leadership.
