      Pros

      A Saas business that had great potential. Some talented people worked there

      Cons

      CEO did not properly prioritize fixing the product and was extremely high strung, busy body (but accomplishing little) and not decisive. This negatively impacted the team from top down. Constant fire-fighting was the culture. Framed as "start up woes" but never had to be that way.

      Pros

      -lots of overtime availability - odd schedules to help accommodate to your life - if you don't go into management you have lots more opportunities to earn more raises - able to go into different fields working at the same company - training is very easy

      Cons

      - either super short staffed or overly staffed - strict policies for employees and dress code - physically demanding - no breaks - favoritism - unrealistic expectations from staff

      Colleagues were nice and they paid well.

      Cons

      CEO is awful and doesn't listen anyone who disagrees with her including her own leadership team which has seen crazy turnover. Worst company and CEO I've ever worked for.
