Hire & Fire management, every year new sales team of 2-3 guys on board. Top boss has no grassroots knowledge of actual product and industry, doesn't even bother to be on field for single day in a year to evaluate the actual roofing market; but still deploys failure strategies again & again wasting ample funds of Group. Zero learning, No training's and skill improvement of employees, vision-less, no guidance from seniors, incompetent management, no one to hear your pains, no recognition, no incentives (incentive structure made is so impractical, so no one should achieve it). No defined career path for any employee. Less pay, saturated learning, Unrealistic expectations & overnight new strategies without market research by giving an instructions to sales members sitting in Office cabin.
